Walnut Creek

Bay Area Intactivists will hold a peaceful demonstration in Walnut Creek to raise awareness of the damage caused by circumcision and the human right to genital integrity. Those who wish to participate should meet at the intersection of N Main St & Mt Diablo Blvd in Walnut Creek at 10:00am. Parking is available at the parking garage adjacent to this intersection.

The plan is to change demonstration locations over the course of the event as to ensure maximum exposure. The first half of the demonstration will take place 10:00am - 2:00pm starting at the intersection of N Main St & Mt Diablo Blvd and eventually end up at Kaiser Permanente Hospital, 1425 S Main St, Walnut Creek. Then, there will be a lunch break upon group consensus.

After lunch at roughly 3:30pm, the demonstration will move to the intersection of N. Main St and Treat Blvd where large banners will be deployed. This intersection is near the main on/off ramp for highway 680, so there will be numerous motorists stopping at this intersection. The event will close at this location at 6:00pm.

Signs and literature to distribute will be provided or you may bring your own.
